Without your input into the Plan, we will not have a voice in the decision making process with either East Herts District Council or Hertfordshire County Council, or indeed, with any other organisation that might wish to affect change within the Parish.
It is vital therefore, that you contribute towards the production of this document - and the way to do this is by completing the Questionnaire. You have until the 15th April to complete and return the Questionnaire. Should you subsequently think of something that ought to be included, then why not visit our May Day stall - or e mail Email us with your thoughts?
We distributed two hundred ‘pilot' Questionnaires through random letterboxes in Standon High Street, as well as in South Road, Buntingford Road, High Street and Cambridge Road in Puckeridge, and asked for these to be completed and returned by 11th December 2009.
An informal Public Meeting was held on 2nd February 2010 to ensure we captured your thoughts and aspirations for the future of our Parish.
The final Questionnaire was drafted, and distributed as a pull-out supplement in PS News from 1st March 2010 - responses were actually received on the 1st March - and still continue to arrive on a daily basis.
The Working Group has also met on five separate occasions since last November.
